June 21 is International day of Yoga | New Day

Keeping our mind and body calm. That's one of the main goals of Yoga, an ancient practice which focuses on breathing, flexibility, and strength. Yoga is believed to have originated in India some five thousand years ago. But up to this day, many of us are still practicing this in order to relax and keep our mental health and well-being in check.
